The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Agile Delivery of VA Imminent Strategic and Operational Requirements (ADVISOR) Program was competitively awarded IDIQ contract. The ADVISOR contract is to assist with the key needs and issues facing Veterans, transitioning Service members, and their families as they interface with multiple programs. ADVISOR is sponsored by the Department of Veteran’s Affairs Office of Policy and Planning and administered by the VA’s Strategic Acquisition Center.
Concord Crossroads, LLC (C3R) is a Subcontractor Team Member on Shoulder 2 Shoulder Inc.'s (S2S) ADVISOR contract. The IDIQ is worth up to $550 million over five years and offers a full line of services to meet the needs of the transitioning military workforce. For C3R, the primary ADVISOR activities will include training, business process re-engineering, improvement and management, change management and transition and quality measurement.

Concord Crossroads, LLC (C3R) is proud to provide our program support & services through our Navy SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) contract vehicle. The SeaPort-e contract is designed to not only meet the technical needs of Dept. of Defense agencies, but to assist those agencies in meeting and/or exceeding their small business procurement goals.
To meet the Navy’s Sea Power 21 objectives and to increase overall efficiencies and productivity the Navy Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) established the SeaPort-e indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract (MAC) vehicle. SeaPort-e encompasses a wide variety of engineering, technical, program management, and financial management professional support services. It utilizes a web-based electronic procurement system to facilitate performance-based service acquisition. All task orders issued under the contract are competitively solicited, awarded, and managed using the SeaPort-e system.
The SeaPort-e contract vehicle furthers the Navy’s objective to increase efficiency and allows geographically dispersed organizations with diverse technical support requirements and missions, like C3R, to tailor their requirements within a specific task order. Authorized users of C3R's SeaPort-e contract vehicle include all warranted contracting officers of NAVSEA, Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), Strategic Systems Program (SSP), Office of Naval Research (ONR), US Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) throughout the contract’s geographical zones. C3R's current contract covers Zone 2 – National Capitol Region.

ENCORE Contract Vehicle: HC1013-07-D-2020
ENCORE II contracts include all activities within the Military Services and DoD to satisfy their Information Technology (IT) requirements. These engineers focus on web technology, wide area network strategies, network operations, and security.
