FBI APSS Management and Program Analyst
Junior|Intermediate|Senior

Salary: Commensurate with education and experience

Location: Washington, D.C.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review forms and reports and confer with management and users about format, distributor and how to identify problems and improvements. 

  • Develop and implement records management program for filling, protection and retrieval and records and assure compliance with program.

  • Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of forms and reports.

  • Prepare manuals and train on use of new forms, reports, procedures, or equipment, according to organizational policy.

  • Gather and organize information on problems and procedures such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control and/ or cost analysis.

  • Perform analyst functions including data collection, data modeling, project testing and creation of performance measurements to support project objectives.

  • Conduct various activities in support of project team's objectives, Senior Analysts and/ or Project Managers.

  • Lead the application of analytic techniques and help define project objectives and strategic direction. Responsible for providing leadership and vision to customers and project teams around methodology.

JOB REQUIREMENTS for Junior, Intermediate and Senior Management and Program Analyst

The Junior Management and Program Analyst shall have the following qualifications :
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college. Educational requirement may be waived if the candidate has five (5) years or more of experience.

  • Two(2) years or more of analytical techniques and methodologies experience

The Intermediate Management and Program Analyst shall have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college. Educational requirement may be waived if the candidate has eight (8) years or more of experience.

  • Two (2) years or more of analytical techniques and methodologies experience.

  • Experience in analyzing programs to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions.

The Senior Management and Program Analyst shall have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college. Educational requirement may be waived if the candidate has ten (10) years or more of experience.

  • Eight (8) years or more of analytical techniques and methodologies experience.

  • Five (5) years or more experience on directing more junior Analysts on activities related to application of analytical techniques.
