Senior Consultant
Clearance: Top Secret with SCI Eligibility

JOB OVERVIEW
The Senior Consultant possesses demonstrated knowledge, experience, and ability in the development of solutions, recommendations, or outcomes across multiple complex tasks and/or organizations. The Senior Consultant will provide direct support to the National Capital Region Section (NCRS).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Evaluate options in the context of project objectives and contribute to the implementation of strategic direction.

Support project objectives through activities such as gathering data and developing recommendations.

Perform a variety of tasks that require both practical and technical knowledge in specialty areas.

Provide support to various project teams and leadership as a key facilitator to achieve objectives of complex efforts.

Support data validation procedures.

Work with customers to identify concerns, vet workarounds, and identify and document solutions to requests. Establish a method for customers to communicate, vet and document the results of working group decisions into problem reports and/or change requests, as necessary.

Responsible for assisting the Facility Project Planning and Construction Team involving the transformation of physical spaces through new construction, furniture, and other innovative solutions.

Provide asset management, facility services, technology development, facility operations, logistics, and planning, leasing and construction.

Provide guidance and structure to the Facility Project Planning and Construction Team to perform process and data analysis, provide support and guidance for strategic sourcing initiatives, provide reach back support for supply chain related expertise and resources, provide subject matter expertise in the execution of efficient warehouse management and stocking of various components.

Support the development and delivery of comprehensive training sessions to property management across the enterprise to optimize security, compliance, and ensure the efficient execution of duties throughout the asset management lifecycle.

Support standardizing best practices for the Asset Management Team involvement with office moves by incorporating process improvements into formal training documentation and reference guides.

Provide support to the Logistics Team initiatives by documenting procedures for requesting and fulfilling warehouse requests, identify and recommend action plans to increase data accuracy and transparency throughout warehouse operations and recommend business process improvements. Provide day-to-day work stream oversight and management including quality control, deliverable management, client status updates and executive briefing development support, and provide direct support across all deliverables and tasks, as needed.

Provide SharePoint subject matter expertise, assist with creating and developing user interfaces utilizing JAVA scripts and automations apps, assist with developing requirements for enhanced functionalities and user experience.

Provide SharePoint support identifying requirements for creating user interfaces for key business processes in supply chain, product requests and process automation.

Create reports and dashboards using data standardization, cleansing, and dashboard development applications.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Top Secret Security Clearance from a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access approval eligibility.

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree with eight or more years of consultant experience. A minimum of ten years of specialized experience that is in or directly related to the line of work of the position may be substituted for education.

Must have eight years minimum experience gathering, scrutinizing, and assessing information.

Must be able to direct the activities of more junior consultants as necessary.

Must have excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
