FBI APSS Program Manager

Salary: Commensurate with education and experience 

Clearance: Top Secret 

Location: Washington,D.C.


  • Employs all aspects of quality project management, including risk management, scheduling and cost control, quality assurance, change management, and resource management. 

  • Provides data-driven metrics and analysis to support decision-making for the organization.

  • Ability to work with and across executive staffs, joint staffs, commands, and agencies.

  • Researches, plans, coordinates, and provides action briefs in support of the leadership's goal, objectives, and vision.

  • Identifies rules, principles, and relationships that explain facts, data, and other information and draws logical conclusions.Analyzes and provides solutions to complex problems.

  • Ability to apply systems acquisition processes, policies, procedures, and practices necessary to develop and asses technical and economic feasibility, including cost, schedule, and performance. 


  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college. Educational requirement may be waived if the candidate has fifteen(15) years or more of experience.

  • At least twelve (12) years of experience providing complex program management experience in Government programs, projects, and activities 

  • Twelve (12) year or more experience of managing all facets of program management (budget, schedule, procurement , quality, and risk) for various complex types of projects.

  • Ten (10) years or more of experience providing written and oral reports of executive management , customers, and stakeholders regarding progress of projects.

  • Ten (10) years or more of experience leading, managing, and providing strategic planning for an organization, as well as collaborating with agency program executes to meet agency objectives.
