JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Employs all aspects of quality project management, including risk management, scheduling and cost control, quality assurance, change management, and resource management.

Provides data-driven metrics and analysis to support decision-making for the organization.

Ability to work with and across executive staffs, joint staffs, commands, and agencies.

Researches, plans, coordinates, and provides action briefs in support of the leadership's goal, objectives, and vision.

Identifies rules, principles, and relationships that explain facts, data, and other information and draws logical conclusions.Analyzes and provides solutions to complex problems.

Ability to apply systems acquisition processes, policies, procedures, and practices necessary to develop and asses technical and economic feasibility, including cost, schedule, and performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college. Educational requirement may be waived if the candidate has fifteen(15) years or more of experience.

At least twelve (12) years of experience providing complex program management experience in Government programs, projects, and activities

Twelve (12) year or more experience of managing all facets of program management (budget, schedule, procurement , quality, and risk) for various complex types of projects.

Ten (10) years or more of experience providing written and oral reports of executive management , customers, and stakeholders regarding progress of projects.

Ten (10) years or more of experience leading, managing, and providing strategic planning for an organization, as well as collaborating with agency program executes to meet agency objectives.
