The Intelligence Analyst Level I will assist in the analysis, processing, and distribution of strategic and tactical intelligence in the development of Force Management Manpower Studies to include the Base Line Package Submissions Reports on the Study, Workload spreadsheet calculations on the study, and draft Table of Distribution and Allowance (TDA) paragraph summaries. The successful candidate will have the ability to provide direct support in determining the accuracy and credibility of the information provided, identifying potential threats that might affect the Force Management operation, and distributing the findings to commanding officers for complex decision making. 

job responsibilities 

  • Assist in analyzing technical communications data and distilling information for the production of Manpower Studies Plan

  • Support the production of broad and complex all-source intelligence relative to the Manpower Studies Plan to include: the Base Line Package Submissions Reports on the Study, Workload spreadsheet calculations on the study, and draft Table of Distribution and Allowance (TDA) paragraph summaries

  • Assist in the assessment of the significance and reliability of proposed Manpower Studies Plan with current information and intelligence 

  • Provide direct support to Analyze and incorporate the research process of missions, roles, functions, and tasks

  • Provide direct support in the researching, analyzing, interpreting, evaluating, and integrating extremely complex all-source intelligence data and force structure related the Government's Major Subordinate Commands (MSC) and key military leadership associate with the Force Management Manpower Report 

  • Assist in developing the United States Army Manpower Analysis Agency (USAMAA) Base Line Submission(BSP) Reports for each of the MSC TDA paragraphs

  • Support in performing a workload analysis on each BSP submitted by the MSC

  • Assist in conducting a tabular calculation analysis of the submitted workload followed by documenting the results of the tabular calculations as well as compare work tasks between all the submitted MSC BSPs

  • Assist in managing workload analysis of mission tasks

  • Support the establishment and maintenance of the systematic cross-reference of intelligence records and files 

  • Assist in establishing collection procedures and directives on intelligence operations management, force management, and intelligence information reporting writing 

  • Support the writing, compiling, dissemination, and presentation of reports and the analytical results

  • In coordination with the Governments' Manpower TTM, develop an end of Study Results Briefing

  • Serve as a technical  threat expert and apply in-depth intelligence analytic skills to identify, assess, design, and report on highly complex technical and operational military capabilities, key military leadership, military policies, plans, strategies, intentions, and their impact on Force Management Manpower Studies 

  • Create, submit, and review collection and production requirements, tasks, and deliverables

  • Must have a current DoD TS|SCI Security Clearance and CI Poly

  • Must have an associate degree from an accredited institution 

  • Must have Military Intelligence (MI) Operations experience with:

    • A minimum of four (4) years of Military Intelligence (MI) Operations experience with at least one (1) years of MI Operations within the past five (5) years​

  • Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Must have excellent oral and written communication

  • Must have a wide range of threat intelligence analytic skills to monitor, assess, and report on steady military intelligence operations and planning requirements
