Primary responsible of the Manpower Analyst includes the deliverables of the Base Line Submissions Package (BSP) Reports on the Study, the Workload spreadsheet calculations on the study, and the draft Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA) paragraph summaries. In accordance with the Manpower Project Plan, the Analyst will assist in developing a Manpower Studies Plan consistent with the Army Regulation (AR) 570-4 Guidelines. The Analyst will assist in researching the force structure associated with the Army Command's Major Subordinate Command (MSC) related to the Manpower Study and assist in presenting an execution plan to the Command's Technical Task Manager (TTM). The Analyst will support the training of the Army Command MSC Point of Contact (POC) on the data collection process to fill out the BSP Reports. The Analyst will assist in supporting the Army Command's Manpower TTM in developing an end of Study Results briefing. The Analyst will assist in reviewing the force structure before presenting it o the executives.

job requirements 

  • Must have a current DoD TS|SCI Security Clearance

  • Must have a High School Diploma

  • Must have a minimum qualifications of :

    • Two (2) years of workload analysis within the past five (5) years of which at least two (2) years included analytical review of military intelligence missions, functions, roles, and associated tasks; OR​

    • Four (4) years of managing Military Operations at the Brigade S-3 level OR

    • Completion of the TRADOC MOS Course Developer| Instructor

  • Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience managing complex data driven projects

  • Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Must have proficient oral and written communication
