Job overview

Primary responsible of the Manpower Analyst entails the deliverables of the Base Line Submissions Package (BSP) Reports on the Study, the Workload spreadsheet calculations on the study, and the draft Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA) paragraph summaries. In accordance with the Manpower Project Plan, the Analyst will develop a Manpower Studie Plan consistent with the Army Command's Major Subordinate Command (MSC) related to the Manpower Study and present an execution plan to the Command's Technical Task Manager (TTM). The Analyst will train the Army Command MSC Point of Contact (POC) on the data collection process to fill out the BSP Reports. The Analyst will support the Army Command's Manpower TTM in developing an end of Study Results briefing.

  • Develop and manage the proposed Manpower Studies Plan

  • Direct and manage the business process interviews

  • Conduct research on missions, roles, functions, and tasks

  • Coordinate and manage workload analysis and mission tasks

  • Manage reports of analytical results 

  • Direct the development of manpower studies results briefings 

job requirements

  • Must have a current DoD TS|SCI Security Clearance 

  • Must have an associate degree from an accredited institution

  • Must have minimum qualifications of :

    • Three (3) years of workload analysis within the past five (5) years of which at least two (2)​ years included analytical review of military intelligence operational concepts, missions, functions, roles and associated tasks; OR

    • Four (4) years of managing Military Operations at the Brigade S-3 level

  • Must have a minimum of two(2) years of experience managing complex data driven projects

  • Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Must have proficient oral and written communication
