Administrative Manager II

Job Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 

*Employment is contingent upon contract award 

Responsibilities: 

  • Implement and manage a master project calendar for department business meetings.

  • Arrange the supportive resources for the meetings including virtual access to information and provision of dial in numbers.

  • Responsible for provision of files for using during meetings and accurately maintaining the attendees list. 

  • Manage the distribution list as personnel changes occur.

  • Manage all records generated and controlled.

  • Work with branch members to identify and track all electronic and hard copy records.

  • Manage file plans along with retention schedules.

  • Oversee that the cabinets, binders, and drawers are properly labeled.

  • Complete metrics development and analysis using various computer based systems such as graphs and spreadsheets.

  • Manage hard copies of directions, instructions, and other documents.

  • Oversee the employee's records for completing training.

  • Manage work center metrics and reports on employee technical competency goals.

Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business from an accredited college or university.

  • May substitute a High School Diploma with two (2) additional years of related experience. 

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience exhibiting increasing level of responsibility.

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience performing a variety of programmatic and administrative functions.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat).
