Security Clearance: Top Secret with SCI Eligibility
Location: Onsite, Washington, D.C. FBI Headquarters
JOB OVERVIEW
The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support and office management responsibilities to executive staff while working independently on projects, briefing charts, executive calendars, presentation materials, reports, and proposals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide administrative support to executive staff with office management responsibilities to include budgeting, personnel records, and payroll.

Assist in the production of final form documentation to meet requirements of governing contract, performing data entry on a variety of systems.

Maintain documents, deliverables, and reference library.

Work independently on projects requiring research and prepare briefing charts and other presentation materials.

Develop, draft, and write reports, briefs, and proposals.

Perform secretarial duties to include typing, taking telephone calls, filing documents, making travel arrangements, managing executive calendars, scheduling appointments, composing routine correspondence, and arranging conferences.

Manage all incoming correspondence using FBI databases, attend meetings and conferences for the purpose of taking dictation, and conducting research and reviews.

Employ knowledge of office automation systems in order to access, manipulate, extract, enter and alter information, and provide customer service.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Top Secret Security Clearance from a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access approval eligibility.

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college.

Must have eight years or more of general office assistant experience.

A minimum of ten years of specialized experience that is in or directly related to the line of work of the position may be substituted for education.

Must have strong oral and written communication skills, exemplary interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.

Must possess knowledge of office automation systems to include image processing (PDFs), Intranet, Electronic Communication, Data Management, and Skype.

Must have knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Power Point, Excel, and Word.

Must have experience operating standard office equipment, to include telephone, copy machine, scanner, facsimile machine, computer, printer, and shredder.
