JOB OVERVIEW
The Intermediate Management and Program Analyst will plan, initiate, coordinate, and conduct in-depth studies involving a wide variety of work operations that have a direct impact on the mission and operations of the Counterintelligence Division, including budget and financial management, compliance management, human resource forecasting and planning, facilities management, strategic planning, and training.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Gather, interpret, analyze, and correlate narrative, workload, and statistical data regarding the functions and productivity of the program.

Conduct detailed, in-depth analysis of program activities and present alternatives, conclusions, and recommendations to management.

Assess and recommend appropriate personnel actions and resource levels necessary to evaluate individual operations and functions for the purpose of ascertaining improvement, efficiency, effectiveness, modification, and recommendations for better management and operational goals.

Prepare reports that present findings, cite applicable policies, identify causative situations, and recommend corrective actions.

Prepare and deliver briefings and presentations to management officials.

Research and analyze existing policies, reports, files, guidelines, directives, laws, statues, objectives, operations, and available resources.

Study, analyze, and develop methods to improve the accuracy and adequacy of information systems.

Revise methods for collecting data.

Develop and adopt new productivity measures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Top Secret Security Clearance from a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access approval eligibility.

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college.

Must have five years or more of analytical techniques and methodologies experience. Educational requirement may be waived if the candidate has eight or more years of experience.

Must have experience analyzing problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions.

Must have experience utilizing software to include Microsoft SharePoint and Internet search abilities.

Must have strong oral and written communication skills, exemplary interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a group.
