Clearance: Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI Eligibility

Job Location: FBI, Washington, D.C.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Management and Program Analyst analyzes data gathered and develops solutions and/or alternative methods of proceeding.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Document the findings of studies and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.

  • Apply analytic methodologies and principles to address the needs of various units and sections.

  • Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of project objectives and contribute to the implementation of strategic direction.

  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Bureau Intelligence Council (BIC).

  • Manage the Strategic Intelligence Issues Group (SIIG) analytic production calendar and coordination.

  • Develop and maintain SharePoint sites across all enclaves for the BIC.

  • Coordinate training and education events both sponsored by the SIIG and for the SIIG (this includes the advertisements, communications logistics for the actual event, security access requirements, tracking participation for metrics, etc.).

  • Support the Senior National Intelligence Officers (SNIOs) and Deputy SNIOs; post to SharePoint Sites, create PowerPoint presentations, templates, and graphics, assists with tools to track progress against priority initiatives, routine administrative support (logistics for visitors, space, and equipment provision, etc.).

  • Collect, compile, and edit substantive calls for account updates from personnel for use in regular communications by the SIIG and at the Branch level.

  • Act as backup for the Deputy Assistant Director (DAD) special assistant (manages travel, calendar, and metrics tracking for internal and external program initiatives).

JOB REQUIREMENTS 
  • Must possess a Top Secret Security Clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Eligibility.

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with at least five (5) years of analytical techniques and methodologies experience. A minimum of eight (8) years of specialized experience that is in or directly related to the line of work of the position applied for may be substituted for education.

  • Must have experience analyzing problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions.

  • Must have experience providing expert business process analysis, requirements analysis, business process engineering, communications, and/or training support.

  • Must have experience analyzing data, written/verbal information, and processes to assess risks and formulate recommendations that align with organizational goals.
